Day 11 Valencia: Ceramics and Architeture

Spent time today in the ceramics museum.  Aside from the great work inside, the outside of the building was spectacular--an old palace with amazing ceilings.

The museum displayed the history of ceramics--I was intrigued with some early pieces that looked fairy contemporary and also modern pieces.

The Silk Exchange was an old commerce building with amazing architecture and carvings.  I think there were 28 gargoyles on the building.

There were carvings everywhere.  Here are a few.

Early in our trip we found a beautiful square 5 minutes from our hotel that had an exquisite restaurant.

The owner, Julian was a wonderful guy.

This dinner was great way to end our stay in Valencia.
